This beautiful one-bedroom condo with panoramic views is located on the 28th floor of the building. Island Colony is one of the most popular vacation accommodations on Oahu! It is located in the "Heart of Waikiki" and you are just one block away from the famous International Market Place and a 10-minute stroll to Waikiki Beach. Island Colony has many amenities: a large pool, a large jacuzzi/hot tub, a sauna, BBQ grills, picnic tables, laundry facilities, and a fitness room.
Good to know
This upgraded one bedroom includes a queen size bed, a brand-new comfortable sofa bed measuring 75” (191 cm) x 45” (114 cm), and two twin beds. The full kitchen has a glass top stove, full size fridge, microwave, coffee maker, oven toaster/air fryer, rice cooker and more. It is also well stocked with silverware, dinnerware, and cookware. Beach towels are provided, the quality and quantity of other beach items are not guaranteed, as they are prone to being broken or lost. A travel crib and booster seat are available upon request. The 28th floor unit has a spectacular view of the sunrise, the ocean, Ala Wai canal, Ko’olau mountain, a golf course, and Diamond Head. The unit faces Northeast and is on the cooler side of the building. The ocean breeze and quiet split AC in both living and bedroom keep you comfortable all year round. Please be advised that provided supplies are intended to last throughout your stay. The building offers a laundry room and an on-site convenience store to meet your essential needs. Beach toys and equipment can be rented at “808 Smart Car Rental,” located on the first floor. The ABC store, Target, Ross Dress for Less, and Waikiki Supermarket are all nearby, within a 5–10 minute walking distance.

Housekeeping This unit in the building is privately managed and not associated with the hotel, therefore housekeeping services are not provided during your stay. The unit will be stocked with basic daily essentials based on the reservation size and length of stay. The building offers a laundry room and an on-site convenience store to meet your essential needs. Sound Enjoy the refreshing ocean breeze through the jalousie windows in the bedroom, a common feature of Hawaii homes and buildings. While these windows provide excellent natural ventilation, they also allow some of the city sounds of Waikiki to reach our 28th-floor apartment. Guests who are sensitive to noise, particularly while sleeping, may notice occasional street and city sounds. Building operations The building management may conduct routine maintenance, inspections, fire alarm testing, pest control, repairs, or other operational work that may temporarily affect services or access to certain areas, including water, electricity, elevators, or common areas. These activities are managed by the building and are outside of our control. While such interruptions are not frequent, they may occasionally occur during your stay. We appreciate your understanding and patience should this happen. Pests The tropical weather in Hawaii is heavenly—for people and pests alike! We make every effort to keep pests away from the unit, including regular quarterly professional pest control managed by the building. While we have not experienced any pest issues so far, we cannot guarantee that you will never encounter a pest. Trash chute There are two trash chutes on each floor, and you will pass by one of them on your way to the unit. Occasionally, an odor may be noticeable in the hallway near the trash chute, even on higher floors. The unit itself is fresh, clean, and free of any unpleasant odors.

The room door code will be sent through the app a few hours before your checkin time. The building is located in the hub of Waikiki, within walking distance to shopping, grocery stores, bus stops, restaurants, Waikiki beach, and bike station. Local buses are reliable and can take you to all the main attractions in Honolulu. CHECK-IN TIME IS AT 4:00 PM. Early check-in and late checkout cannot be guaranteed at the time of booking.
